Submit an Application
Complete our online application form with your child’s information, preferred campus and program.

Join the Waitlist
If there is not an immediate space, your child will be placed on our waitlist according to our intake and priority policies.

Tour and Conversation
We encourage families to book a tour, meet our educators and ask questions about our programs and philosophy.

Confirm Placement
If a space is offered, we’ll guide you through registration forms, fees and your child’s start date.
Funding and Childcare Support
Many families are eligible for provincial childcare fee reductions or government subsidy. We encourage you to explore current funding options and are happy to answer questions as you navigate the process.
Open Houses and Information Sessions
Throughout the year we host open houses and information sessions where families can visit classrooms, meet educators and learn more about our programs and philosophy.

Intake and Waitlist Policy
Our intake and waitlist process seeks to be fair, transparent and supportive of families. Placement depends on factors such as child age, program availability, preferred campus and timing of application. Priority may be given to siblings of current students, families connected to Regent Christian Academy or Regent Christian Online Academy, and internal staff families, as outlined in our full policy.
